高血压慢病管理门诊患者现况调查研究

目的对进入高血压慢性病管理患者的基本情况进行横断面研究,了解社区高血压患者的基本状况,指导慢性病管理工作。方法对584例高血压患者的年龄、性别、高血压病史、家族史、伴随疾病、服药情况、血压水平和控制率等进行统计分析。结果 1,2,3级高血压分别占3.4%,15.4%,72.6%,统计资料不详无法明确高血压级别占8.6%。伴发合并症者占58.6%。血压总控制率为24%,其中男28.2%,女19.4%。无合并症者血压控制率30.6%,有合并症者血压控制率19.3%,合并糖尿病且血压控制〈130/80mmHg者8%。五类降压药物均有选用,其中CCB使用率最高（占58.6%）,β受体阻滞剂、ARB、ACEI、利尿剂使用率分别为28.4%、17.8%、16.1%、5.1%,2种以上降压药联合使用率为38.7%,复方制剂使用率为4.8%。阿司匹林使用率50%。降脂药使用率18.2%。结论入组患者合并症较多,血压控制率低,男性血压总控制率高于女性。CCB使用率最高。

Present situation investigation and research on hypertensive patient in chronic disease management

Objective To cross-section study the basic conditions of hypertensive patient in Chronic Disease Management,find out general status of community hypertensive patients,to instruct the Chronic Disease Management work.Methods Data was statistical analyzed from 584 cases of hypertensive patient：age,sex,case history,family history,accompanying diseases,medication status,blood pressure level,control rate.Results The cases distribution：Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ period high blood pressure respectively was 3.4%,15.4%,72.6%,statistical unknown couldn＇t clear degree of hypertension accounted for 8.6%.Concomitant complications was 58.6%.Total control rate was 24%,male 28.2%,female 19.4%.Total control rate without complications was 30.6%.Total control rate with complications was 19.3%;with diabetes,blood pressure controlled below 130/80mmHg was 8%.The frequencies of using antihypertensive medicine categories were calcium channel blocker（CCB） 58.6%,beta-blocker （BB） 28.4%,angiotensin receptor blocker（ARB） 17.8%,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI） 16.1%,diuretics 5.1%,combined with ≥2 types of antihypertensive medicine 38.7%,composite 4.8%.Aspirin usage ratio was 50%,antihyperlipidemia usage ratio was 18.2%.Conclusion The figure with complications rate is high,blood pressure control rate is very low,male is higher than female.CCB utilization rate is top.
