某新型干法水泥生产线技改工程职业危害控制效果评价

目的分析某水泥厂的新型干法水泥生产线技改工程职业危害控制效果评价,识别项目存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施效果,对存在的问题进行探讨。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、现场检测和实验室检验相结合的方法进行评价。结果该项目接触粉尘的岗位有13个超标,其他危害因素全部合格,该建设项目职业病防护措施基本可行。结论企业应完善职业病防护设施,落实职业卫生管理制度,加强个体防护,使员工得到个人防护与工程防护相结合的双重保护,进一步降低职业病发病风险。

Control effect of occupational hazards in the technical renovation project of new dry process cement production line

Objective To explore the occupational disease hazards and evaluate the effect of occupational hazards protective measures, discuss the existing problems of the new dry process cement production line. Methods The evaluation was carried out with field investigation, detection and laboratory test methods. Results The risk factors were all qualified except 13 excessive dust posts. The occupational protective measures of the construction project were feasible. Conclusion The plant should improve occupational protective equipment and occupational health management system, strengthen personal protection, so that employees get personal protection and engineering protection combined dual protection, further reducing the risk of occupational diseases.
