摘    要:目的了解某干法回转窑水泥生产项目的职业病危害。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和检验检测相结合的方法,识别和分析干法回转窑水泥生产项目的职业病危害因素。结果该水泥生产项目的职业病危害因素有粉尘(石灰石尘、煤尘、石膏尘、水泥尘、混合尘)、噪声、高温、工频电场、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氨、联氨、盐酸。检测23个粉尘作业点,87.0%的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)符合国家卫生标准,13个岗位的时间平均加权浓度(CTWA)中76.9%达到国家卫生标准;检测16个工作岗位的噪声强度,合格率为50.0%。结论该水泥生产项目的主要职业病危害是粉尘和噪声,其对工人危害较大,应加强防护。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in the cement plant,which use dry rotary kiln tech- nology for the production. Methods Occupational hazards in the cement plant were identified and analyzed by using com- bination of occupational hazard investigation and detection. Results The occupational hazards that existed in the construction project were dust(limestone dust, coal dust, gypsum dust, cement dust and mixed dust), noise, heat stress, power fre- quency electric field, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, hydrazine and hydrochlo- ric acid. 87.0% CSTEL values of dust at 23 dust work sites were in accord with national occupational hygienic standards, 76. 9% CrWA values of 13 posts were in accord with national standards ;50. 0% of the test results of noise intensity came to the exposure limits. Conclusion The results indicate that the main occupational hazards are noise and dust in the cement plant, which are greater hazardous to the workers, and the protective facilities and measures should be taken to decrease occupational hazards.
