摘    要:目的识别、分析某光通信公司光纤、光缆生产项目的职业病危害,并进行控制效果评价。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》等法律法规,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法进行评价。结果该建设项目的主要职业病危害因素为Cl2、HF、HCl、NaOH、SiCl4、GeCl4、CF4、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、异丙醇等有毒化学物质与矽尘、高温及紫外辐射危害,其中高温为突出的职业病危害因素,合格率仅为16.7%。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般建设项目,基本上执行了国家的有关规定,针对各种职业病危害因素采取了相应的防护措施,产生的职业病危害因素是可以得到预防和控制的。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the optical cable production project and assess the effect of occupational hazards control measures. Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation, occupational hazards detection, occupational physical examination and checklist were applied in the project. Results The main occupational risk factors were C12, HF, HC1, NaOH, SIC14, GeC14, CF4, benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, iso- propanol and silica dust, high temperature and ultraviolet radiation hazards, in which high temperature was prominent fac- tor ,the qualified rate only occupied 16.7%. Conclusion Control measures that taken in the project are qualified and feasi- ble to prevent the occupational hazard and the project could be classified to common occupational disease hazards.
