金黄纱条、生肌橡皮纱条抑菌效力研究

摘    要:目的 对金黄纱条、生肌橡皮纱条抑菌效力、热稳定性进行研究。方法 将 2种纱条分别在灭菌前、后进行体外抑菌效力的耐热实验和将 2种纱条各自分为灭菌组、开启使用组、未灭菌组 ,应用细菌学定性、定量实验方法 ,确定中药纱条的抑菌效力在延长纱条的有效使用期限、保存期限中的作用。结果 中药纱条具有抑菌作用 ,可以延长纱条的有效使用期限、保存期限 ,并且这种抑菌作用不受热压的影响

Abstract:Objective This is the research about the bacteria suppression effects of the gauze strip of Jinhuang ointment and Shengjixiangpi ointment.Method The approaches adopted:(1) The heat-proof experiment for bacteria suppression effects outside body are conducted before and after the sterilizing of these gauze strips and (2) both the qualitative and the quantitative analyses are conducted with the approaches of bacteriology after these two gauze strips are divided respectively into sterilizing group,starting & using group and unsterilized group,in order to decide the functions served by bacteria suppression effects of the gauze strips of Chinese medicine in the extension of both the application and storage valid time limits.Result The external used gauze strips of Chinese medicine have the bacteria suppression effects,the effects can prolong the valid time limits of both application and storage of the gauze strip and can not be affected by hotpressure.
