腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术并发症8例分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术（CASH）的并发症及防治办法。方法 1998年10月。2004年2月该院共行CASH手术134例，回顾性分析并发症发生情况以总结经验。结果 发生并发症8例，占5．9％，其中3例为住院期间发生，5例为术后3个月后发生。并发症分别为宫颈套扎线滑脱腹腔内出血：皮肤大片瘀斑，伴血色素下降；残留穹颈积脓积血；残留宫颈巨大腺体囊肿；周期性阴道出血。结论 严格掌握手术适压证，耐心细致规范地做好每一步操作，严防侥幸心理，可以减少并发症的发生。

Complications in laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy in 8 cases

[Objective] To study the occurrence and prevention of the complication of laparoscopic classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy, [Methods] 134 cases of CASH during two years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.8 cases of them are complication which is 5.9% of the whole ,3 cases them occur in residemec, five cases occur three months after operation. [Results] The complication was celiac hemorrhage, ecchymosis; rudimental cervical hemorrhage;huge cervical gland cyst; periodic colporrhagia. [Conclusion] To cut down the complications of laparoscopic operation, the index and patience of operation must be strictly performed.
