前列腺切除并腹股沟疝修补术38例

目的报告同时前列腺摘除并腹股沟疝修补术手术体会。方法38例前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者在一次手术中同时完成治疗,所有患者均采用凡能斯提尔切口完成疝修补及前列腺切除术,所有疝修补术均采用巴西尼方法完成。结果所有患者手术均获成功,无明显并发症及死亡。结论同时前列腺并腹股沟疝修补术是一种安全有效的手术方法。

38 cases of simultaneous prostatectomy and inguinal hernia repair

Objective To improve the method of simultaneous prostatectomy and hernia repair.Methods Thirty-eight patients with hyperplasia of prostate and inguinal hernia underwent treatment of same surgical procedure.Herniorrhaphy and prostatectomy were performed through Pfannenstiel's incision in all cases.Hernia repairs were used according to Bassini procedure in all cases.Results In patients with BPH and inguinal hernia,prostatectomy and herniorrhaphy can be performed simultaneously without increasing patients' complications and fatality.Conclusion Urological surgeons should be familiar with this combined procedure.
