“学生参与型教学”中教师作用的探析

摘    要:目的探讨《医学伦理学》的教学方法,提高教学实效性。方法“参与型”课堂改革满足了教学改革的需要。在课堂实践中,要转变教师角色,重塑师生关系;增强教师能力,丰富教学方式;开发教学资源,拓展教学实践。结果该教学方法有利于培养学生能力,塑造新型人才。结论“参与型”教学方法有利于培养学生的素质,提高学生的实践能力。

Abstract:Student-participate-in-teaching is an advanced teaching method which is fit for the need of teaching reformation. This paper explored the application of the new teaching method in Medical Ethics teaching.We changed the teacher's role in the teaching practice,remodeled the teacher-student relationship,strengthened the teacher's ability,enriched the teaching ways, developed the teaching resource and improved the teaching effect.Tiffs method was useful to develop the student's ability and cultivate the neotype talented man.
