维生素E对大鼠肝、肾和脑组织过氧化脂质含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:本文探讨了维生素E(V_E)对大鼠肝、肾和脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果表明,5.0×10 ̄(-5),1.0×10 ̄(-4),2.0×10 ̄(-4),4.0×10(-4),6.0×10 ̄(-5)V_E,各剂量组大鼠肝、肾中LPO含量均低于对照组,而脑组织中仅2.0×10 ̄(-4)和6.0×10 ̄(-4)组与对照组间有差异。GSH-Px活性只有2.0×10 ̄(-4)和4.0×10 ̄(-4)组与相应对照组有差异。结果提示:V_E有降低LPO的作用,但V_E所致的GSH-Px活性升高与LPO降低有一致性的原因有待进一步研究。

Abstract:This report investigated the effect of vitamin E(VE)on the content of lipideperox-ygen (LPO) and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)in the liver,kidney and brain ofrats.The result Showed that LPO contents of the different VE groups(5.0×10(-5),1.0×10(-4),2.0×10‘(-4),4.0×10(-4),6.0×10(-4))were all lower than those of control group in the liver and kidney ofrats,However there was difference only between 2.0×10(-4) and 6.0×10(-4) groups and control groupin the brain of rats. It indicated that VE might decrease LPO. But the reason that there was less uni-fomity between the activitv increase of GSH-Px and the content decrease of LPO needs to be stud-ied in the futre
