Abbe瓣、Estlaader瓣和Bernard瓣修复唇癌术后缺损的临床疗效

目的探讨Abbe瓣、Estlaader瓣和Bernard瓣修复唇癌术后缺损的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的唇癌患者20例，根据患者缺损部位及缺损大小选择不同的修复方法，分别采取Abbe瓣、Estlaader瓣和Bernard瓣修复唇癌术后缺损，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后1个月总分41分，术后3个月总分57分，术后6个月总分70分，术后1个月总分明显低于术后3个月及术后6个月，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后3个月总分明显低于术后6个月，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Abbe瓣、Estlaader瓣和Bernard瓣修复唇癌术后缺损均有自身的优点，需根据患者缺损部位、缺损大小等因素进行选择适合的方法，可达到理想的效果。

Clinical effect of Abbe flap,Estlaader flap and Bernard flap repair of lip defects after cancer resection

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Abbe flap, defect repair Estlaader lip flap and Bernard flap after operation of carcinoma. Methods 20 Patients with lip cancer in our hospital were selected, according to the different repairing methods in patients with defect size and defect, take Abbe, Estlaader repair of lip defect flap valve and Bernard valve cancer after operation respectively, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 1 months the total score 41 points, after 3 months of a total of 57 points, after 6 months of a total of 70 points, 1 months after operation were significantly lower than after 3 months and 6 months after operation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 3 months was significantly lower than the 6 months after operation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Abbe flap, Estlaader flap and Bernard flap for repair of lip defects after cancer surgery has its own advantages, we should select the suitable method on the basis of defect, defect size and other factors, can achieve the ideal effect.
