| 摘 要： | 目的观察与研究两种糖尿病药物联合应用对2型糖尿病者血糖影响，从而筛选一种更加合理及有效的联合用药方案。方法随机选取56例2型糖尿病者且给予二甲双胍联合罗格列酮控制血糖水平作为观察组，另外再选取55例以往仅单纯给予二甲双胍治疗的2型糖尿病者作对比研究，即对照组，对两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平加以观察和数据的处理分析。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论以二甲双胍为基础联合罗格列酮对2型糖尿病者血糖调控具有显著作用，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate influence of two kinds of diabetes drug combination application on blood glucose in type 2 diabetes and screen a more rational and effective combination regimens. Methods 56 cases of type 2 diabetes were selected as observation group, treated by metformin plus rosiglitazone and other55 cases of type 2 diabetes were selected as control group, treated by metformin. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment,the patients fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin plus rosiglitazone in treatment for type 2 diabetes has a significant role on the regulation of blood glucose. |
