参与式健康教育在基层医院糖尿病患者中的应用

目的:探讨参与式健康教育在基层医院糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将431例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组(207例)和对照组(224例),对照组患者行常规健康教育,干预组患者实施参与式健康教育。结果:干预组患者在干预后的糖尿病知识(t=52.087,P=0.000)、血糖监测技能(χ2=62.289,P=0.000)显著提高,空腹血糖及体重指数显著改善,对照组患者仅有糖尿病知识的变化(t=22.563,P=0.000),空腹血糖、体重指数、血糖监测技能无显著变化。结论:参与式健康教育能够有效发挥基层医院糖尿病患者的主动性,有利于提高其疾病自我管理的能力和疾病的控制。

Application of the participatory health education on patients with diabetes mellitus in basic hospital

Objective To investigate the effect of application in health education on patients with diabetes mellitus in basic hospital.Methods 431 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(207 cases) and control group(224 cases),the control group with routine health education,patients in the intervention group the implementation of participatory health education.Results The patients in the intervention group after intervention of diabetes knowledge(t=52.087,P=0.000),blood sugar monitoring skills(χ2=62.289,P=0.000) significantly increased,blood glucose and body mass index were significantly improved,patients in the control group only diabetes knowledge changes(t=22.563,P=0.000),fasting blood glucose,body mass index,blood glucose monitoring skills and no significant change.Conclusion Participatory health education can effectively play to the initiative of diabetic patients in primary hospital,is helpful to improve the control of the disease self-management ability and disease.
