前路减压植骨联合Z板内固定治疗双节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折的疗效评价

目的:评价前路减压植骨联合Z板内固定治疗双节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折的疗效。方法:对50例运用前路减压植骨联合Z板内固定治疗的双节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者均顺利通过手术,均没有发生围手术期严重并发症,随访发现,所有患者均获得骨性愈合,手术在一定程度上改善了患者的脊椎功能。结论:运用前路减压植骨联合Z板内固定治疗双节段胸腰椎爆裂骨折具有良好的疗效,安全可靠,值得在临床广为推广。

Treatment efficacy of anterior decompression bone graft joint and Z board internal fixation in the treatment of double segment thoracolumbar burst fractures

Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy of anterior decompression bone graft joint and Z board internal fixation in the treatment of double segment thoracolumbar burst fractures.Method Retrospectively analyzed the 50 cases of double segment thoracolumbar burst fractures patient′s clinical data who were treated with anterior decompression bone graft joint and Z board internal fixation and had been admitted to our hospital from July,2007 to July,2012.Results All patients passed the surgery smoothly,there were no serious perioperative complications occurred,through following-up we found that all patients received bone healing,the surgery improved the function of the patient′s spine in a certain extent.Conclusion Anterior decompression bone graft joint and Z board internal fixation has good efficacy in the treatment of double segment thoracolumbar burst fractures.It is safety and reliability and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
