| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾病内科住院患者存在的护理安全隐患及相应的防范措施。方法:通过对护理人员的素质、药物因素、设施设备因素及患者本身因素进行分析,总结出护理过程中存在的安全隐患,提出相应的护理措施。结果:采取积极的防范措施,增强护理人员及患者的安全意识,可有效避免或减少潜在或者现存的危险因素的发生。结论:增加护患之间的沟通,提高护理人员的职业素质,是为患者提供优质的护理服务,保证患者安全的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the potential safety hazard in nursing the patients in nephrology department and the relevant precautionary measures.Method By analyzing the factors of quality of nursing staff,medicine,equipment and patients,we could summarize the potential safety hazard in nursing work and put forward the relevant nursing measures.Results Taking positive measures and strengthening the security awareness of the nursing staff and patients could avoid or reduce the potential or existing hazards.Conclusion Increasing the communication between the nursing staff and patients,improving the quality of nursing staff,are the efficient methods to supply nursing service of high quality and guarantee the safety of patients. |
