摘    要:目的:证实复方中药组分防治糖尿病及糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心肌病的有效性以及探讨其作用机制。方法:应用链尿菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型,对复方中药组分进行了药效学实验观察,并对各组动物的血液及某些组织作了一系列相关的指标测定。结果:复方中药组分具有一定的降血糖作用,并可降低血红蛋白、心肌、肾脏的糖化值。结论:复方中药组分通过抑制糖尿病大鼠的非酶糖基化,可防治糖尿病肾病和糖尿病心肌病。

Effect of compound Chinese medicine components on non-enzymatic glycosylation in diabetic rats

Abstract:Objective To confirm effect of the compound Chinese medicine components on preventing and treating diabetes and diabetic nephropathy、diabetic cardiomyopathy and explore its action mechanism.Method We applied intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin 0.055mg/g to copy diabetes rats models,to observe the pharmacodynamics of the compound Chinese medicine components,and a series of related indicators of each animal′s blood and some organizations had be measured.Results The compound Chinese medicine component has a definite hypoglycemic effects.And can reduce the level of glycosylated hemoglobin、myocardial tissue proteins and nephritic tissue proteins.Conclusion The compound Chinese medicine components can prevent and treat the diabetic nephropathy and diabetic cardiomyopathy by inhibiting the nonenzymatic glycosylation in diabetic rats.
