促肝细胞生长素联合水飞蓟宾治疗抗结核药物致肝损害疗效观察

目的:探讨促肝细胞生长素联合水飞蓟宾治疗抗结核药物致肝损害的临床疗效。方法:将临床确诊的抗结核药物致肝损害72例患者随机分为治疗组(n=36)和对照组(n=36);对照组在常规治疗基础上应用水飞蓟宾治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用促肝细胞生长素联合水飞蓟宾治疗。疗程均为4周。比较两组间治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)恢复情况。结果:治疗组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素恢复时间均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:促肝细胞生长素联合水飞蓟宾治疗抗结核药物致肝损害,临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical observation of PHGF joint water Silybin in treatment of anti-TB drugs cause liver damage

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of PHGF joint silibinin treatment of anti-TB drugs cause liver damage.Method 72 patients who were clinically diagnosed as anti-TB drugs cause liver damage were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36);The control group applied Silibinin treatment on the basic of conventional therapy.Treatment group applied PHGF joint water Silybin on the basis of conventional therapy.Course was both 4 weeks.After treatment,we compared the recovery situation of phenylalanine ammonia transfer enzyme(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase enzyme(AST),total serum bilirubin(TBIL) of the two groups.Results After treatment,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate amino transferase,total bilirubin recovery time of the treatment group took precedence over the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of PHGF joint silibinin in the treatment of anti-TB drugs cause liver damage has significant clinical effects,and no significant adverse reactions.
