| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨静脉麻醉在无痛人工流产中对子宫收缩的影响。方法:选取收治自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女200例,根据自愿原则将早孕妇女分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取丙泊酚静脉麻醉行无痛人工流产术,对照组行传统人工流产术,比较两组子宫收缩的情况。结果:观察组与对照组子宫收缩差人数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在无痛人工流产中采取静脉麻醉对子宫收缩影响并不明显,镇痛效果非常好,可减少早孕妇女心理负担,更好地配合手术,提高手术质量。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of intravenous anesthesia in pianless artificial abortion for uterine contractions.Methods 200 cases of early pregnancy women who were voluntarly terminate the pregnancy in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to their wihses.The observation group received propofol anesthesia for painless artificial abortion,while the control group received conventional artificial abortion.The uterine contractions situation was compared.Results The uterine contractions cases of observation group have no significant difference.They were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Using intravenous anesthesia for painless artificial abortion can not significantly effect the uterine contractions.However,the analgesic effect is very good.It can decrease the psychological burden of early pregnancy women,and improve the quality of the surgery. |
