| 摘 要： | 目的:研究连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在难治性心力衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法:32例难治性心力衰竭患者经常规药物治疗效果不佳后行CRRT,分析CRRT治疗12 h、24 h后临床症状和各指标,包括HR、RR、PaO2、SvO2、LVEF等。结果:CRRT治疗12 h、24 h后临床症状和各指标得到好转,HR、RR、PaO2、SvO2、LVEF等均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);未见严重并发症。结论:持续肾脏替代治疗用于难治性心力衰竭患者中安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in patients with refractory heart failure.Methods 32 patients with refractory heart failure were treated with drugs,but had no effect.Thus,treatment was combined with CRRT.Analyze the changes of clinical symptoms and indices including HR,RR,PaO2,SvO2 and LVEF.Results With CRRT in 12 h and 24 h,both clinical symptoms and the indices were significantly improved(P<0.05) and there was no severe complication.Conclusion CRRT is a safe and effective way for patients with refractory heart failure. |
