完全腹膜外腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的疗效观察及护理

目的:探讨腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效及护理体会。方法:将诊治的48例精索静脉曲张患者,随机将其分为对照组(开放手术治疗及常规护理)和观察组(完全腹膜外腹腔镜手术治疗及护理干预),随访6个月,对两组平均住院时间、手术时间、术后并发症,以及精液和症状改善情况进行观察和比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组住院时间和手术时间均明显缩短,术后并发症发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组精液和临床症状都有明显改善,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:严格掌握腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的手术适应证,围术期给予相应的护理干预,能够明显改善患者的症状,降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者的预后质量。

Efficacy observation and nursing of high ligation of spermatic vein by laparoscopic

Objective To study the efficacy and nursing experience of high ligation of spermatic vein by laparoscopic treatment for varicocele.Method 48 patients with varicocele in our hospital during the period from May 2010 to May 2012 were randomly devided into the control group(open surgery and routine nursing) and the observation group(totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and nursing intervention).After six-month-follow up,the hospital time,surgery time,postoperative complications and the improvement of semen and symptoms between the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospital time and surgery time were obviously reduced,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly decreased in the observation group,P<0.05.Compared with the pre-operation,semen and symptoms were improved in the postoperation.However,the improvement of semen and symptoms between the two groups were no statistically difference,P>0.05.Conclusion The strict laparoscopic varicocele ligation surgery indications and the perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the symptoms,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of patients′ prognosis.
