子宫肌瘤与乳腺增生病的相关性浅析

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤和乳腺增生病在病因方面的相关性。方法:选择200例妇科病患者,其中100例为子宫肌瘤患者,100例为乳腺增生患者,同时选择100例进行妇科检查的正常女性,通过对比三组患者的雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)等激素水平,研究子宫肌瘤和乳腺增生在发病机理上的相关性。结果:两种疾病的发生都与性激素刺激相关,其中两个患病组患者的雌二醇(E2)水平比正常组平均水平升高(P<0.05),而孕酮(P)的水平则比正常水平下降(P<0.05),且相互产生一定的影响。结论:通过对比分析,两种疾病的病因具有相关性,对于治疗具有一定的指导意义,有利于对临床治疗进行指导。

Analysis of causes of relevance of myoma of uterus and mammary gland hyperplasia

Objective To explore the correlation between uterine myoma and hyperplasia of mammary glands in the cause of.Methods 200 cases of gynecological diseases,including 100 cases of uterine leiomyoma,100 cases of breast hyperplasia,and 100 normal women with gynecological examination,by comparing the three groups of patients with estradiol(E 2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL) and other hormone levels,correlation study myoma of uterus and mammary gland hyperplasia in pathogenesis.Results Two kinds of diseases are related with sex hormone stimulation,two of them in groups of patients with estradiol(E 2) levels than normal group average level increased(P<0.05),and progesterone(P) levels decreased compared to the normal level(P<0.05),and have a certain influence.Conclusion Through the comparative analysis,relevance causes two diseases,which has a certain guiding significance for the treatment,is conducive to guide the clinical treatment.
