活动义齿与固定义齿在牙周病修复中的疗效对比分析

目的:探究活动义齿与固定义齿用于临床治疗牙周病的疗效,并比较分析两种方法的疗效差异。方法:选取120例患有牙周病的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗以活动义齿进行治疗,对照组则以固定义齿进行治疗。观察并记录两组患者的基牙出血指数,并以问卷调查的形式调查两组的治疗满意度。结果:治疗组修复治疗后的出血指数是(1.01±0.35),明显比对照组出血指数(1.46±0.68)低(P<0.05);治疗组的满意度为96.7%,明显比对照组的63.3%高(P<0.05)。结论:采用活动义齿进行牙周病的修复治疗临床疗效好,是一种理想的治疗方法,值得推广应用。

Removable partial denture with a fixed partial denture on periodontal repair in the comparative analysis of curative effect

Objective To explore the removable partial denture with a fixed partial denture used in the clinical treatment of periodontal disease,and a comparative analysis of the efficacy of two methods differences.Methods 120 patients with periodontal disease patients,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,60 cases in each group.Treatment with a removable partial denture treatment,while the control group were treated with fixed denture.Observe and record the two groups of patients of the abutment teeth bleeding index,and in the form of questionnaires survey of two groups of treatment satisfaction.Results the treatment group repair after treatment of bleeding index was(1.01±0.35),were more than that in the control group(1.46±0.68)bleeding index lower(P<0.05);group treatment satisfaction was 96.7%,significantly higher than the control group of 63.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion the activities of dentures for periodontal treatment the good clinical curative effect,is an ideal treatment method,it is worthy of popularization and application.
