护理干预对血液透析深静脉留置导管并发症的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对血液透析患者深静脉留置导管并发症的影响。方法:选择透析中心深静脉留置导管的血液透析患者84例,随机分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42),对照组行留置导管常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行全面的护理干预,观察比较两组患者置管时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者留置导管时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组留置导管并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析深静脉留置导管患者实施有效的护理干预可减少留置导管并发症的发生,有效提高使用效果,提高患者的透析质量。

Nursing intervention on complications of deep vein indwelling catheter during hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on complications of deep vein indwelling catheter in patients with hemodialysis.Methods 84 patients accepted hemodialysis with deep vein indwelling catheter were randomly divided into control group(n= 42) and observation group(n = 42).The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The catheter time and occurrence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The catheter time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of indwelling catheter of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of catheter complications and improve the quality of dialysis for patients during hemodialysis with deep vein indwelling catheter.
