甲状腺机能亢进症与甲状腺机能减退症血糖和血脂代谢异常的临床研究

目的:对甲状腺机能亢进症和甲状腺机能减退症患者的血糖、血脂代谢情况进行探讨分析。方法:随机选取甲状腺机能亢进症患者56例,甲状腺机能减退症患者56例,另选取同期56例健康体检者,对这三组患者血清中血糖和血脂水平进行测量,分析血糖和血脂代谢异常情况。结果:通过比较发现甲状腺机能亢进症患者的血糖含量显著高于健康体检者,血脂含量明显低于健康体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺机能减退患者的血糖含量显著低于健康体检者,血脂含量明显高于健康体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺机能亢进症和甲状腺机能减退症患者的血糖和血脂代谢均发生异常,临床治疗时要予以考虑,以预防并发症的发生。

Clinical study of abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipid in hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism and thyroid function

Objective To analyze the blood glucose,blood lipid metabolic sitraction of patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.Method We randomly selected 56 patients with hyperthyroidism,56 patients with hypothyroidism and 56 cases of healthy check-up.And we measured the serum blood glucose and blood lipid of these three groups and analyzed the abnorrnal situation of blood glucose and blood lipid.Results Through the comparison,the blood glucose content of hyperthyroidism was significantly higher than of healthy check-up,and blood lipid of healthy check-up was significantly higher,and had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The blood glucose content of hypothyroidism was significance concer than that of healthy check-up,and blood lipid of healthy check-up was significantly lower,and had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism and decrease blood glucose and blood lipid metabolism are all anomalies,clinical treatment should be considered to prevent the occurrence of complication.
