无创呼吸机治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者的临床疗效观察

目的:观察无创呼吸机治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选择急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者50例,随机分为无创呼吸机组(25例)和常规治疗组(25例)。常规治疗组给予吸氧、卧床、药物治疗等,无创呼吸机组在前者基础上加用无创呼吸机通气治疗。结果:两组pH值、PR、HR、PaO2、SpO2水平治疗后均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),与常规治疗组比较,无创呼吸机组pH值、PR、HR、PaO2、SpO2水平改善情况治疗组更好(P<0.05);两组患者的LVEF均增加,但无创呼吸机组增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭安全有效,是提高抢救成功率的有效手段。

The Effects of noninvasive ventilation on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure,randomly divided into noninvasive respiratory group(25 cases) and routine treatment group(25 cases).Routine treatment group was given oxygen,bed,drug therapy,noninvasive respiratory units in the former based on the use of noninvasive ventilation in treatment.Results The two groups of pH,PR,HR,PaO2,SpO2 levels after treatment than before treatment improved(P<0.05),compared with routine treatment group,noninvasive respiratory units pH,PR,HR,PaO2,SpO2 levels to improve the situation of the treatment group is better(P<0.05);the two group patients the LVEF was increased,but no breathing units increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator is safe and effective in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure,is an effective way to improve the success rate of rescue.
