长沙市13542例妇女HPV感染情况及基因型分布

目的:了解长沙地区人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染的基因型分布特点,为子宫颈癌的防治提供可靠和科学的数据。方法:采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对2008年～2012年就诊的13 542女性患者进行HPV的检测。结果:13 542例检测中HPV总感染率为32%,其中高危感染率为24%,低危感染率为8%,各基因型均有检测到,其中以52型感染率最高,其他常见分别为16、58、6、11、CP8304、68、53型;各年龄组中<30岁组和>50岁组在低危及多重感染中明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:长沙地区的HPV感染基因分型符合亚洲人群分布规侓,但有其地区特点。

The rescarch of HPV infection and genotype distribution of 13542 wemen in changshg

Objective To investigate the tumor virus nipple Changsha area(human papillonairves HPV) genotype distribution in infection,provide reliable and scientific data for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods The region detection Cape medical nucleic acid molecule flow-through hybridization and gene chip technology for the 2008 to 2012 in our hospital,13 542 female patients HPV.Results In 13542 cases of HPV infection rate was 32%,among the high infection rate was 24%,the infection rate of low risk is 8%,the genotypes were detected,in which 52 infection rate was the highest,other common respectively 16,58,6,11,CP8304,68,53 respectively;the age group of <30 years old group and the >50 group in the low risk of multiple infection was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV infection in Changsha genotyping with stable population distribution in Asia,but has its regional characteristics.
