超声在腹部脏器闭合性损伤诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨超声在腹部脏器闭合性损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择收治的腹部脏器闭合性损伤40例,采用美国GE公司Vivid S6超声诊断仪器进行诊断。结果:超声影像学特征主要为损伤部位与周围组织界限不清,损伤区与正常组织界限不甚清晰,实质损伤区回声强弱不等。同时与病理探查相比符合率为90.0%,分级一致性好(P>0.05)。结论:超声检查可实时动态观察腹部实质性脏器闭合性损伤的情况,作为首选的急症影像学检查方法,早期明确诊断对抢救患者生命意义重大。

The Value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed injury of abdominal organs

Objective The aim of this paper is to investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed injury of abdominal organs.Methods Forty closed injury of abdominal organ patients admitted in our hospital during January 2010 to November 2012 were selected in this research,and vivid6 ultrasonic Diagnostic Equipment produced by GE in America was used for their diagnosis.Results According to the results of ultrasonic imaging,the injury site and surrounding tissues had no clear limits,and the boundary of injury area and the normal tissue was not distinctive.Moreover,different echo of the parenchyma injury area was reviewed.Meanwhile,the coincidence rate between pathological exploration and Ultrasonic imaging was 90%,and the grade consistency was good(P>0.05).Conclusion It can be concluded that ultrasound diagnosis is useful for observing the closed parenchyma injury of abdominal organs dynamically.Ultrasound is simple,economic and fast for diagnosis.Therefore,it is worth popularizing.
