| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泮托拉唑联合卡络磺钠治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:选择128例上消化道出血患者,随机分为两组,治疗组使用卡络磺钠联合泮托拉唑,对照组使用泮托拉唑。结果:治疗组显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑联合卡络磺钠治疗上消化道出血疗效良好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effectiveness of Carol sodium sulfonylurea combined with Pantoprazole in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 128 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups randomly:treated group(patients received treatments of Carol sodium sulfonylurea combined with Pantoprazole) and control group(patients received treatments of Dicynone combined with Pantoprazole).Results The efficiency rate and total effective rate in treated group were significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carol sodium sulfonylurea combined with Pantoprazole is more effective in improve the condiction in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and it is worth clinical application. |
