胃肠道间质瘤的消化道钡餐和MSCT诊断

目的:对胃肠道间质瘤的消化道钡餐和MSCT诊断的临床价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床诊断工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法:抽取临床病理证实为胃肠道间质瘤临床患者32例,对其在术前行消化道钡餐和多层螺旋CT检查,而后对这两种检查方法的诊断结果进行对比分析,评价两种诊断方法的临床诊断价值。结果:32例患者中,经临床病理证实为胃间质瘤者19例,肠道间质瘤者12例,胃和十二指肠同时发病者1例;经消化道钡餐检查确诊为胃间质瘤者10例,肠道间质瘤者6例,良性者12例,恶性4例;经多层螺旋CT检查确诊为胃间质瘤者17例,肠道间质瘤者11例,良性18例,恶性10例。消化道钡餐诊断符合率为50.00%,多层螺旋CT检查诊断符合率为87.50%。显然多层螺旋CT检查诊断符合率较消化道钡餐检查高(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道间质瘤的消化道钡餐与多层螺旋CT诊断均存在明显特征,然多层螺旋CT检查的诊断符合率较消化道钡餐检查高,能够对胃肠道间质瘤同周围组织之间的关系进行清晰显像,为临床治疗方案的选择提供了可靠的参考依据,值得临床对其给予关注。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors of gastrointestinal barium meal and MSCT diagnosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of gastrointestinal stromal tumors of gastrointestinal barium meal and MSCT diagnosis,provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of the future.Methods Clinical and pathological sample confirmed gastrointestinal stromal tumor in 32 cases of the patients,the preoperative gastrointestinal barium meal and multi-slice spiral CT examination,and the diagnosis results of the two methods are compared and analyzed,the clinical diagnosis value evaluation of two diagnostic methods.Results In the group of 32 patients,confirmed by clinical and pathological gastric stromal tumors,19 cases,12 cases of intestinal stromal tumors who,stomach and duodenum one cases of the same disease;diagnosed by barium meal stomach stromal tumors were 10 cases,intestinal stromal tumors,6 cases,12 cases of benign,malignant cases;multislice CT diagnosed gastric stromal tumors,17 cases,11 cases of intestinal stromal tumors by 18 benign and malignant 10 cases.Barium meal diagnosis rate of 50.00%,multislice CT diagnosis rate was 87.50%.Obviously multislice CT diagnosis rate than gastrointestinal barium meal examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal stromal tumors gastrointestinal barium meal with multislice CT diagnosis there are obvious features,then slice spiral CT diagnosis rate than gastrointestinal barium meal examination,to gastrointestinal stromal tumors with surrounding tissue the relationship between the clear imaging,to provide a reliable reference for clinical treatment options,worthy of clinical attention it.
