| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨预防产后尿潴留的护理干预措施及效果。方法:将分娩的健康产妇80例随机分为观察组40例(护理干预)和对照组40例(常规护理),对两组的效果进行对比。结果:两组尿潴留预防的总有效率、产后导尿率及平均首次排尿时间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防产后尿潴留的护理干预措施可以有效降低导尿率,缩短术后排尿时间,值得临床推广运用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the prevention of postpartum urinary retention with nursing intervention measures and its effects.Method 80 cases′ delivery of maternal health were randomly divided into observation group(nursing intervention) and the control group(conventional nursing) and contrasted the effect for each group.Results Total effective rate,postpartum catheterize rate and average first micturition time difference of the two groups of urinary retention prevent were compared with significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention measures to prevent postpartum urinary retention can effectively reduce the catheterize rate,shorten the time of postoperative micturition.So it is worth clinical promotion use. |
