左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪对难治性高血压的疗效观察

目的:探讨左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪对难治性高血压的疗效影响。方法:将难治性高血压患者80例根据治疗药物应用的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组都口服氢氯噻嗪治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用口服左旋氨氯地平治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗难治性高血压有很好的临床效果,且能降低不良反应,值得推广应用。

The observation of efficacy on L-amlodipine combined hydrochlorothiazide for treatment of refractory hypertension

Objective To investigate the efficacy on L-amlodipine combined hydrochlorothiazide for treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods According to the drugs uesd in the treatment,80 cases of refractory hypertension patients were divided into two groups,and 40 cases in each group.Both of the two groups received oral hydrochlorothiazide therapy,while oral L-amlodipine was used for the treatment group.Results The total effective rate of the control group is 70%,while the total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.5%.The two groups have singnificant difference(P <0.05).The adverse of treatment group is significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion L-amlodipine combined hydrochlorothiazide have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory hypertension,and can reduce the adverse reation.Therfore,it should be widely applied.
