大鼠异体神经移植后再生神经的荧光逆行标记

摘    要:用Wistar大鼠作为实验模型,切除1cm坐骨神经,再用同系Wistar大鼠坐骨神经行异体桥接,修复坐骨神经的缺损。用Fluoro-Gold或Fast Blue两种荧光标记物,进行示踪检验,证实Wistar鼠异体神经桥接能修复周围神经的缺损。

Abstract:In the experiment, 1 cm of sciatic nerve of wistar rats was cut off and then the gap was bridged with nerve homograft of Wistar rats. Two kinds of fluorochromes fluor -gold(FG) and Fast blue (FB) were used in tracing the continuity of the cut sciatic nerve. The results demonstrated that the retrograde fluorescent tracing with FG and FB was a good labelling method used to detect the regeneration of peripheral nerve fibres and that the nerve bridge with homograft of Wistar rats were suitable bridging method for peripheral nerve reconstruction.
