韶关市老年人医疗保险基金筹集研究

目的：探讨老年人医疗保险费用筹集的有效途径.方法：应用实证研究、定量分析和文献比较方法.结果：人口老龄化加大基金筹集的压力,且现行医疗保险基金筹集制度设置欠完善,基金来源单一.结论：完善制度以及多渠道的基金筹集方式有利于适应人口老龄化的医疗保障需要,并维持制度的公平和可持续发展.

Study of Financing of Medical Insurance for the Elderly in Shaoguan City

Objectives. To study the effective financing measures of medical insurance for the elderly. Methods. Positivism study, quantitative analysis and document comparison analysis were applied. Results. The pressure of financing was increasing with the ageing. The financing system of medical insurance was not perfect and the source of financing was single. Conclusions. It was necessary to meet the needs to medical insurance for the ageing and maintain equity and sustainable development of the system through developing the system and various sources of financing.
