青年脑梗死患者血浆脂联素及同型半胱氨酸的水平及意义

摘    要:目的探讨青年脑梗死患者血浆脂联素(APN)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与脑梗死的关系。方法检测36例中青年脑梗死患者(观察组)和30名健康者(对照组)的血浆APN及Hcy水平及两组中低血浆脂联素及高同型半胱氨酸血症患者发生率,分析血浆APN与Hcy水平与急性期脑梗死的关系。结果观察组血浆APN水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),而血浆Hcy水平则明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。观察组中高同型半胱氨酸血症发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而低血浆脂联素发生率则显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血浆APN及Hcy可作为对有脑血管病倾向的中青年常规检查指标,对预测及判断脑血管病的治疗效果有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of plasma adiponectin(APN) and homocysteine(Hcy) and cerebral infarction in young patients.Methods The levels of plasma APN and Hcy were measured in 36 young patients with cerebral infarction(patient group) and in 30 healthy controls(control group).The relationship between the levels of plasma APN and Hcy and cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results APN level was lower and Hcy level was higher significantly in the patient group than in the control group(P < 0.01).Both hyperhomocysteinemia and low APN were significantly more common in the patient group than in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion As routine indexes,plasma APN and Hcy are of positive significance in prediction of cerebral vascular disease and in evaluation of treatment outcome in the young patients.
