SLIPA喉罩应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全有效性分析

目的探讨SLIPA喉罩麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床麻醉效果与安全性。方法将本院2010年1月—2012年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的80例患者随机分成两组:实验组40例,采用SLIPA喉罩麻醉;对照组40例,采用气管插管麻醉。比较两组患者围麻醉期的相关时间、血流动力学变化情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组的麻醉时间、苏醒时间、移罩/拔管时间、定向力恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);置入喉罩/插管、术后苏醒时、移开喉罩/拔管时段的收缩压、舒张压、心率明显较对照组稳定(P<0.05);术后躁动、恶心呕吐、呛咳、咽喉痛等并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SLIPA喉罩麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可靠。

Research on clinical effect and safety of SLIPA supraglottic airway anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of SLIPA supraglottic airway(an alternative to laryngeal mask airway) anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.trial group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40).The control group was given tracheal intubation anesthesia;and the trial group was given SLIPA supraglottic airway anesthesia.Anesthesia time,hemodynamic change and adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia time,awakening time,extubation time and orientation recovery time significantly less in the trial group was than in the control group(P < 0.05);the levels of SBP,DBP,HR in insertion / intubation time,awakening time and extubation time were significantly steadier in the trial group than in the control group(P < 0.05);the incidences of restlessness,nausea or vomiting,extubation cough and sore throat of the trial group was significantly less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion SLIPA supraglottic airway anesthesia is not only safe but clinically effect when applied to the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
