Q值调整的角膜个体化切削

传统激光切削模式下的准分子角膜屈光手术可有效矫正人眼近视、远视及散光等屈光不正,但术后可能造成人眼高阶像差增加,导致部分患者出现眩光、光晕、夜视力障碍等主诉。有研究表明,术后视觉质量的下降与角膜形态改变有直接关系。近年来出现的Q值调整的个体化切削依据每位患者的目标Q值对角膜进行切削,使术后角膜Q值相对保持不变,球差增大不明显,从而提高患者术后的视觉质量。
