自我语言提示治疗焦虑症的即时作用

目的观察自我语言提示治疗焦虑症的即时作用.方法将73例门诊焦虑症患者随机分为研究组(38例)和对照组(35例),研究组接受自我语言提示治疗,对照组接受同样程序的中性语句处理;治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分.结果治疗后研究组各项HAMA评分的减分率都较对照组明显,但差异无显著性意义.治疗后研究组总分、抑郁心境和心血管系统症状3项与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(各p<0.05或<0.01),对照组各项与治疗前比较均差异无显著性意义.结论自我语言提示对焦虑症的各项症状都有不同程度的即时疗效,并初步分析了自我语言提示的临床意义和作用机制.

The Present Effect of Self-Language Suggestion in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorder

Objective To evaluate the present effect of self-language suggestion in the treatment of anxiety disorder. Methods 73 outpatients with anxiety disorder were assigned randomly to study group(n=38)and control group (n=35).The study group was treated with self-language suggestion.The control group was treated with neutral language sentences.Effects were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA). Results A higher reduction of all HAMA sores was noted in the study group than in the control group,but the differences did not reach statistical significance.The study group had significant lower scores of sum,depression and cardiovascular system after treatment than before treatment.There were no significant differences of all HAMD sores in the control group between before and after treatment. Conclusions It is suggested that the self-language suggestion has some present effects to all symptoms of anxiety disorder.This paper also discusses the clinical significance and mechanism of the self-language suggestion.
