| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多种非拔牙方法联合矫治重度牙列拥挤的可能性。方法：选择面型较好的安氏Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类错He，牙列拥挤大于8mm的病例8例，进行方丝弓非拔牙矫治，非拔牙矫治的方法包括扩大牙弓、推磨牙向远中、唇向开展前牙、邻面去釉和旋转上颌第一磨牙。术前术后均拍摄X线头影测量片并进行分析。结果：通过2种或3种方法组合，成功地矫治8例重度拥挤病例，拥挤完全解除，术前术后X线头影测量显示无明显差异。结论：用多种非拔牙方法的组合能成功地矫治重度牙列拥挤。
