荷瘤小鼠脾细胞淋转、NK和LAK活性

摘    要:观察了S180腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠早期及晚期脾细胞部份免疫功能的变化,并分析了其变化的相关性。结果显示在荷瘤早期脾细胞NK活性、LAK活性及淋巴细胞转化反应已明显下降,与荷瘤晚期比无显著差异。NK活性与LAK活性变化呈正相关,但淋巴细胞转化与NK活性及LAK活性变化无关。说明荷瘤小鼠的脾细胞免疫功能抑制发生较早,检测一项免疫指标不能全面反映细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:The Lymphocyte transformation,NK activity and LAK activity of Splenic cells in mice bearing S_(180) ascites tumor in early and late stages were examined. The results showed that these three parameters already decreased markedly on the fifth day of bearing tumor,and no significant difference was observed when compared with that obtained at late stage (p<0.01 ). The NK activity was positively correlated with LAK activity (P>0. 01 ), whereas lymphocyte transformation had no correlation with either NK or LAK activity. It suggests that inhibition of cellular immune function of splenic cells occurs very early in tumor subjects. A single index can not reflect the overall cellular immune function.
