| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨右肝管、左右肝管结石的外科治疗。方法：对我院10年来收治的152例右肝管、左右肝管结石病例的外科治疗经验进行总结。结果：152例中手术死亡4例（死亡率2.6%），残石率13.8%，长期随访优良率91.4%。结论：依据结石分布的不同类型选择手术方式是合理、可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess surgical treatment of hepatolithiasis in right hepatic lobe and full hepatic lobes. Methods Experience in surgical treatment of 152 cases of hepatolithiasis in right hepatic lobe and full hepatic lobes hospitalized in our hospital over the past 10 years was summarized. Results Of the operated-on patients, 13.8% had residual stones and 4 died. Among 128 patients received long-term follow-up, 91.4% exhibited excellent results. Conclusions It is reasonable and feasible to select different operative patterns according to types of stone distribution. |
