脊髓弥散成像的技术特点及临床应用

摘    要:随着新的磁共振序列和新线圈的运用,有效的克服了脊髓弥散成像的运动伪影和磁化率伪影,使弥散成像这种无创性反映脊髓组织的空间组成信息及病理状态下各组成成分之间水分子交换状态的成像技术开始应用于临床,对脊髓缺血、脊髓型多发性硬化、脊髓损伤等疾病的早期诊断、评价脊髓功能障碍、判断疗效和预后以及根据肿瘤和纤维束的关系决定手术方式等方面具有重要意义。

Abstract:Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(MR-DWI) which is a non-invasion and sensitivity method to the presence of microstructural components of tissue has been widely used in the brain,but during the past years,its application in the spinal cord has been limited because of the susceptibility and motion artifacts.As the development of the novelty scan sequence and the using of the new coil,DWI has begun to applicant in diagnosing in the early stage and predicting the progress and choosing the surgical methods of spinal diseases.The technical characterization and clinical application of DWI was overviewed in this paper so that to make it be wide and better used in the clinical diagnosis and research of development and diseases of spinal cord.
