| 摘 要： | 为儿童血压的研究及高血压的早期预防提供相关资料，文中分析了儿童血压具有轨迹现象，有随年龄增长而增高的趋势，且表现出年龄上的差别；其影响因素主要有：遗传、环境、肥胖、心理、营养及生长发育等；同时文中还分析了目前儿童血压研究领域中的不足之处。

| Abstract: | This article was to provide information for the study and prevention of hypertension in children. The value of blood pressure showed increasing trend with age and tracking phenomenon was observed. There was significant difference between gender. Inheritance, environment, obesity, nutrition, and development were major risk factors of the blood pressure in children. The deficiency of present sduds in the field were also included. |
