| 摘 要： | 目的探讨车祸伤院前急救护理的措施及意义。方法总结我院急诊科接诊的218例车祸伤患者，给予有效的院前急救伤情评估，积极的护理措施，观察救治效果。结果218例伤者院前救治效果良好，11例因为伤情严重死亡，16例伤后致残。结论院前急救采用科学的管理、合理的分工、妥善的救护措施、扎实的护理技术，可以大大提高车祸救治的效率和成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pre - hospital care of emergency and the sense of care measures. Methods To summarize the clinical data of 218 cases of traffic accidents in department of emergency in this hospital from January 2005 to December 2008. To evaluate the effective pre - hospital first aid for injury and active care measures. To observe the effects of treatment. Results The effects of pro - hospital first aid and care for 218 injured patients were good. 11 cases died of serious injury, and 16 cases got disability. Conclusion The pre - hospital care of emergency with scientific management and rational division of labor, proper care measures and solid nursing skills can greatly enhance the efficiency and successful rate of treatment for patients with traffic accidents. |
