| 摘 要： | 本文报告5例原发性巨球蛋白血症的肺胸膜表现,全部有呼吸系统症状,胸部X线表现两肺纹理增多、增粗者3例,网状或点状密度增高阴影呈间质纤维化2例,两肺门淋巴结肿大2例,胸腔积液2例,1例并发第二肿瘤—肺癌,经肾上腺皮质激素和细胞毒药物治疗,随原发性巨球蛋白血症的缓解,肺胸膜病变消退,作者认为肺胸膜病变与原发性巨球蛋白血症有关。

| Abstract: | 5 cases of WM with pleuro-pulmonary lesions were described. All had marked respiratory symptoms. Chest films disclosed bilateral thickening of lung marking in 3 cases, interstitial fibrosis in 2 cases bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy in 2 cases, pleural effusion in 2 eases, and second malignancy-lung cancer in 1 case. After the administration of corticosteroid and cytotoxic drugs, WM remitted and the pleuro-pulmonary lesions subsided. We consider that the pleuro-pulmonary lesions are related to WM per se. |
