年龄相关性黄斑变性的发病机制及药物治疗进展

摘    要:通过对年龄相关性黄斑变性的研究文献进行整理和分析,归纳总结,发现该疾病的发病机制与患者的年龄、吸烟、饮食、氧化应激、免疫炎症反应、心血管疾病等因素有关,目前治疗方法有光动力学疗法、放射治疗、激光光凝、黄斑下手术、经瞳孔温热治疗、药物治疗等方法.药物治疗作为一种重要的治疗方法,包括补充抗氧化剂、抑制新生血管生成的药物、中药治疗等.通过对近年来年龄相关性黄斑变性的发病机制和药物治疗方法进行综述,结果表明中药在治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性中具有一定优势.

Abstract:To review recent developments in the etiology and new medication reports of age-related macular degeneration(AMD). The related paper of age-related macular degeneration were analyzed. Related literature revealed the pathogenesis of the disease and the patient's age, smoking, diet, oxidative stress, inflammation response, cardiovascular disease and other factors. Its method of treatment including photodynamic therapy, radiotherapy, laser photocoagulation, submacular operation, thermotherapy for treatment, drug treatment. Drug therapy as an important method, including antioxidant, inhibiting angiogenesis drugs, Chinese medicine treatment. Through reviewing recent developments in the etiology of AMD and new medication reports of AMD, the results showed that Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of AMD.
