| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨巨大卵巢囊肿患者行腹腔镜手术的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月至2009年1月我院收治的8例巨大卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料,全身麻醉后经腹穿刺,缩小囊肿体积后行腹腔镜巨大卵巢囊肿剥除术。结果:8例均顺利完成腹腔镜手术,手术时间50~150min,出血20~110ml,平均45ml,吸出囊内液1 800~2 900ml。术后病理均为良性,其中卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤6例,卵巢冠囊肿2例。术后随访均无囊肿复发及不适。结论:腹腔镜下巨大卵巢囊肿剥除术安全可行,可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the laparoscopy for giant ovarian cysts.Methods:From Jan.2007 to Jan.2009,clinical data of 8 patients with giant ovarian cyst were analyzed retrospectively.They underwent general anesthesia,the size of cyst shrinked after abdominal puncture,and the giant ovarian cyst were removed by laparoscopy.Results:Eight cases of giant ovarian cysts were all operated by laparoscopy.Operative time was 50-150min,bleeding volume was 20-110ml,the average volume was 45ml,intracystic fluid aspirated was 1... |
