抗菌药物应用现状分析

目的了解医院门诊抗菌药物的应用状况。方法依据《新编药物学》（第16版）中抗微生物药物分类方法分类,按金额大小排序,根据卫生部《医院感染管理规范（试行）》对某医院2008年6月门诊抗菌药物2473张处方的应用状况进行分析。结果医院门诊患者抗菌药物的应用率达45.05%。其中单用率为67.32%,二联应用率为31.69%,三联及以上应用率为0.89%,应用量最大的为头孢菌素类抗菌药物;排名前三位分别为头孢克肟胶囊、注射用头孢美唑钠、头孢氨苄缓释片。结论医院门诊抗菌药物应用上还存在一起不合理现象,应引起重视和改进。

Analysis of antibiotics application

Objective To understand application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital.Methods Based on the classification of anti-microbial agents classification in the 15th edition of ＂New pharmacology＂,according to the amount of money and Ministry of Health of ＂Hospital Infection Control Practices（Pilot）＂ to analyze our hospital out-patient application o antimicrobial agents.Results The application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital outpatient was 45.05%.Single rate was about 67.32%,two-quoted rate was 31.69%,the application rate of more than triple was 0.89%.The maximum application was cephalosporins antibiotics.Conclusion The use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital still exist some unreasonable phenomenon,which should be payed more attention.
