艾滋病HIV阳性患者心理健康状况的研究

目的通过对AIDS/HIV阳性患者进行心理健康调查以便掌握其心理健康状况。方法运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对扬州市苏北人民医院新区分院一病区住院的AIDS/HIV阳性患者进行心理健康调查。结果分析显示AIDS/HIV阳性患者躯体化(U=8.25)、焦虑(U=7.48)、抑郁(U=13.82)、精神病性(U=3.12)的因子分和总得分(U=8.33)高于全国常模(P0.05);强迫(U=-2.13)、偏执(U=-8.22)、人际关系敏感(U=-2.13)的因子分低于全国常模(P0.05);而敌对和恐惧的因子分与全国常模相比无差异。AIDS/HIV阳性患者群体内部独立样本的t检验分析显示:性别差异表现为男性偏执因子分高于女性(t=4.34,P0.05),强迫和抑郁的因子分低于女性(t=-2.56,t=-3.30;P0.05);经方差分析显示不同的年龄、感染途径、受教育程度、婚姻状况及检出时间等在各维度因子分比较均无差异。结论 AIDS/HIV阳性患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显,并存在较多躯体不适,休息和睡眠欠佳,而且女性情况更为严重。

Mental Health of AIDS/HIV Positive Clients

Objective To explore the charucteristic of mental health for AIDS/HIV - positive clients through this survey. Methods Adopting＂ Questionnaire of ordinary information＂ and＂ Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90 ） ＂ to inuestigate AIDS/HIV - positive clients in Nol unit of Subei people~ Hospital District Branch. Results The total score of SCL - 90 and scores of somatization （ U = 8.25 ）, anxious （ U = 7.48 ）, depression （ U = 13.82 ） and psychosis （ U = 3.12 ） in AIDS/HIV - positive clients were higher significantly than the ordinary people of China（ P 〈 0.05 ） while scores of compulsion（ U = -2.13 ）, paranoid （ U = -8.22 ） and interpersonal sensitivity （ U = -2.13 ） were lower than the ordinary people of China（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There were no differences in hostility and fear（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Paranoid （ t = 4.34） score of male was lower than that of female but scores of compulsion （ t = -2.56 ）, depression （ t = -3.30 ） were higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There were no differences with different ages, routes of infection, degree of education, statues of marriage and detection time in AIDS/HIV- positive clients group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion AIDS/HIV positive clients have much more unwell, anxious and depres- sion, especially in female clients.
