口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑症的影响因素

目的调查口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑症的发生情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法选用改良牙科焦虑量表及一般情况调查表对150名口腔门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果 113名有效样本中,74.3%的患者有牙科焦虑的产生。卡方检验的结果发现,女性群体中牙科焦虑的发生比率明显高于男性(χ2=4.519,P0.05);年龄为30岁以下组高于其他年龄组(χ2=8.153,P0.05)、对就医环境不满意以及非常不满意的患者牙科焦虑的发生比率相对较高(χ2=9.783;P0.05),Logistic回归分析的结果显示,女性、对就医环境非常不满意以及不满意,该三项因素进入回归方程(P均0.05)。结论口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑的发生比率较高,性别、对就医环境的满意程度是其产生与否的重要影响因素。

Influencing Factors of Dental Anxiety in Oral Clinic Patients

Objective To investigate the incidence of dental anxiety, and analyze the effect factors in oral clinic patients. Methods A total of 150 adult oral clinic patients were investigated with the modified dental anxiety scale（MDAS） and general situation ques- tionnaire. Results 74.3% patients suffered from dental anxiety in 113 valid samples. The occurrence rate of dental anxiety in groups such as female （X2 = 4. 519, P 〈 0.05 ）, under 30 years old （ X2 = 8. 153, P 〈 0.05 ）, and with a dissatisfaction with hospital environment （X2 = 9. 783 ;P 〈 0.05 ） were significantly higher than other groups. Furthermore, togistic regression result revealed that the occurrence of dental anxiety could be prospected by female, with a dissatisfaction with hospital environment （ P values were all less than 0.05 ）. Conclusion The occurrence rate of dental anxiety in oral clinic patients is high, sex and dissatisfaction with hospital environment are important influencing factors of dental anxiety.
