| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)与儿童胃粘膜炎症程度之间关系.方法采用免疫印迹法检测88例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患儿血清CagA抗体,并观察胃粘膜病理变化.结果88例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患儿血清CagA抗体阳性74例,阳性率84.09%,其中胃粘膜轻度炎症12例(16.22%)、中重度炎症62例(83.7%);而14例CagA抗体阴性患儿胃粘膜轻度炎症7例(50.00%)、中重度炎症7例(50.00%),两组相比,差异有显著性(χ2=6.07,P＜0.05).结论产CagA的幽门螺杆菌能引起胃粘膜较重的炎症.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between HP CagA and gastritis of children. Methods Plasma antibody of CagA in88children with HP-associated chronic gastritis was detected by immunoblotting,and the pathologic alteration was observed meantime. Results Positive expression of CagA existed in74of all88cases(84.09%).12cases(16.22%)demonstrated mild gastritis and62case(83.78%)demonstrated moderate or severe gastritis.In the negative expression group,7cases(50.00%)demonstrated mild gastritis and7cases demonstrated moderate or severe gastritis.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion HP that reproduce CagA can result in severe gastritis. |
