| 摘 要： | 目的为探讨绝经后女性冠心病（CHD）与血脂的关系.方法对30例绝经后女性冠心病患者和30例正常对照者的总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）进行检测.结果绝经后女性CHD患者与正常对照组相比,TC、TG明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,LDL-C明显升高,差异有显著性（P〈0.001）,HDL-C明显降低,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）.结论绝经后女性冠心病发病与血脂异常有关,它参与绝经后女性CHD的发生和发展.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of lipids profile with coronary heart disease(CHD) in postmenopaus women.Methods the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterols(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterols(HDL-C) were measured in 30 postmenopausal women with CHD and 30 controls.Results The results showed that the HDL-C ratio were decreased(P<0.01) and the TC,TG,LDL-C ratio was elevated(P<0.05) in postmenopausal women with CHD compared to the control group.Conclusion There is a close relationship between dyslipidemia and the CHD in postmenopausal women.They play an important role in the development of CHD. |
